Private classes and on-site corporate classes are available. Private classes will be tailored for the individual. Corporate classes are designed to teach students how to deal with the stresses placed on the body in the office environment as well as working with internal stress created by our demanding and busy lives.

Classes at Dream Mecca Studios are Monday nights 6:30 until 7:30 pm. Practice yoga in the this lovely gallery surrounded by inspiring art in the Forestpark area. This will be an ongoing class on the basics of yoga. A six week class card can be purchased for $75. Drop-ins welcome and the fee is $15.00.

Co-taught classes at Soho PiYo are on Tuedays,  from 6:45 until 7:45 pm and Sunday afternoons from 2:00 till 3:00. The Tuesday classes will be gentle yoga for all levels taught by Jean and Norma-Jill.  Sunday class will be gentle when taught by Jean and more vigorous when taught by Gabrielle. Check this calendar if you prefer one or the other. Drop-ins are $15.00. FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER DROP IN CLASSES ARE ONLY $10.00.
